Positive: Host oil not do enough to ensure all was well, every day checking all was good and offering to help

Negative: On arrival insisting payment was cash only, despite Booking.com approving my credit card & me showing a printed copy of this. Due to a daily limit on my banks cash withdrawals it meant visiting a cash point 4 times and each time being charged about €5 by the bank for cash withdrawal.
